Do you know a Health Hero – a community that's taking steps toward better health? Or a local company that’s going above and beyond to support the health of its employees? How about someone who deserves a special recognition for taking steps to be healthy?

If so, tell us their story and why they inspire you. Each month’s Health Hero will get a surprise visit from Feeling Good MN and receive a gift basket full of fun, healthy rewards.

Each winner’s story will also be featured on here. It’s our way of saying “kudos” for inspiring healthy lifestyles and making health a priority.
